Capacity

How the 60,000 t/yr is allocated

Capacity is not spread evenly across the product lines. If your order sits in one of them, this is the depth behind it — worth knowing before you plan a supply switch, not only a first order.

Confirmed annual capacity per product line.

Inside the plant

Photographed on site in Shijiazhuang: the reactor bay, the control room and the packing line.

Export

30+ export countries

Material from the Shijiazhuang plant ships to 30+ countries. The main regions:

  • Africa
  • Middle East
  • Central Asia
  • South America
  • Southeast Asia
  • Russia & CIS

Your market does not have to be on this list — the export documents and the packing options are the same everywhere we ship.

Quality control

Where the batch numbers come from

The laboratory where samples are measured, and the raw-material store the material is drawn from.

Quality

What the batch numbers mean

Two figures answer most of the consistency questions procurement asks. The viscosity one is quoted together with the condition it was measured under — without the condition the number means nothing.

Batch pass rate

≥99.5% of production batches pass release testing and ship. A batch that fails a release check is held — it does not leave the plant.

Batch-to-batch viscosity tolerance

−10% / +20% of the nominal viscosity. A grade with a nominal 100,000 mPa·s measures between 90,000 and 120,000 mPa·s from batch to batch: the spread comes from the test method, the test conditions and the instrument. That is why the TDS and the batch COA state the measurement condition next to the value — a number without its condition is not comparable.
